He also cut the trailer brake wire on the trailer he pulled. He was able to burn up a set of all 4 brake pads to the point the piston came out of the rear caliper, in only 12,000 miles on a 2017 Chevy 3500 dually.

I thought the winner this week came from the first post where someone noted her husband was struggling to find new ways to get a new wife. I was wrong.

I’ve seen that radiator one before.

7:45 if it doesn’t jump. Vcexpedition, who comments here occasional, was one of the people in the scene as well as his son.

Dang, they’re almost identical. Is that a common issue on these?

That’s an awesome trick!  Almost makes me want a dirty manifold to try it on. Almost.

That looks a whole lot like the rad/engine bay in my 3rd gen 4runner (mine’s still in one piece) . Mildly c oncerning .

I don’t think it was even a cap. Looks like brittle plastic. Old plastic tanks...

These plastic tanks radiators need to be changed every 10 years or so if you live in a hot dry place. The plastic just gets brittle and then it can burst. But then again, most people recommend replacing the radiator on these every 150, 000 miles   or so just for good practice. I tried to replace mine with an all metal one but the radiator was no good and i had to scrap it. Back to plastic tank

Good to keep in mind, thanks . I live in the opposite of a hot, dry place and am only at 106k miles (it’s a 1999 so well past the 10 year mark) but I’ll keep an eye on it for sure.

Mine apparently has a small crack, causing very slow loss of coolant. Will be getting a shop to do it at some point...

probably not a crack, very likely just the interface between the aluminum and the plastic tank.  you can have a good shop reclamp it, or find it and do it yourself.  get a UV die and light and save yourself some monies
